What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I started this book in 2022/2023. High earning married couple with no kids (some references to infertility) in process of building a new house in a vacation area. Might be east coast? Couple possibly lives jn NYC or other dense city. Teens have a party in the empty house and destroy it after a melee breaks out folllowing the (attempted?) SA of one of the teen girls. Contractor finds the mess the next day. Detective gets involved and suspects (maybe the big brother?) of one of the teens. The teen himself is supposed to be off to a prestigious school in the fall? Brother has had some involvement with the law but is not, as I recall, guilty of trashing the house. I only got through a few chapters so that’s all I know. I think maybe there was also some friction between the husband and the wife whose house was wrecked.
