What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this about 5-7 years ago.
SPOILERS
There is an orphan girl who gets adopted by a mysterious man. I believe she is around the age of 12. He has a huge house and I believe he adopted the girl to be a servant, but his house is actually full of magic and things like brooms or mops clean the house by themselves. Everything seems fine until he brings over this new woman. I believe her name had something to do with birds (Ms. Sparrow/Raven/Crow). The orphan girl has a bad feeling about her. In the town where they live, there are children going missing. Since so many have gone missing, the girl decides to sneak out of the house at night to investigate. She ends up finding some kids hiding in shrubs at a park, then they all get kidnapped. The girl wakes up in a basement full of other children. One of them is an older girl who is very weak and covered with bandages. It turns out, the sketchy woman from earlier is a witch that survives by drinking the blood of children.
