She has grown up to be resilient and take risks, and she has learnt the hard way to be careful and secretive. Irene does so many things with no one finding out because she’s learnt how to hide her tracks, but sometimes Irene wishes she didn’t have to be secretive. And at the bottom of her heart lies revenge for her sister Joy. Irene can come across as an icy person, but in fact she’s just a lovely girl who’s been wrecked too much for her own good. Personality: Morgan is a shy girl who will not approach you directly. She tries her best to not be seen because she is so painfully shy. But once you get to know her, she becomes a very loyal friend to the end.
History: Morgan has been traumatized from a very early age. Her parents were murdered in front of her for trying to rebel against the Capitol. The Peacekeepers kept her alive as an example to what happens to those who defy the capitol. She has a horrible scar that crosses her chest.
