Another personal mantra of mine is to never judge others, to always strive to be impartial despite our tastes, opinions, and points of view. After all, none of us is perfect, and we have all made mistakes in our lives. In truth, none of us is actually in a position to judge others.
I cannot stand discrimination; for example, in my book, I made the choice to remove the surnames of my characters, only for this first book set in 2090, because from my point of view, the origin of surnames is a form of discrimination in human history. Personal identity should be perceived differently, in the sense that we should focus more on our intrinsic characteristics rather than our social labels.
I definitely understand your viewpoint Georgiana! I actually didn't put any names at all in my first book to keep the anonymity of each person.
