Kay Wilder | 10 comments Hi, my book, Kaius (kaius:%20Heaven%20and%20Hell%20Origins%20Novella%20by%20Kay%20Wilder) is under an author account that is not me. This continues to happen automatically and there are other books of mine under this author account as well. Can you please move Kaius to my correct account and is there a way to delete this alternative author account as it does not belong to me yet seems to always auto upload my books. Thank you.

Tami (tamicarvallo) | 7196 comments Hello,

Please contact support and request them to merge you with that other profile and to remove the extra space from your author name. It shouldn't be there. This will fix the issue for good so that your books are automatically assigned to you instead of having to come here and making a request every single time. It will also move the follower over to your followers. It seems there was an error when approving your author application, resulting in the wrong profile with the extra space being assigned to you.

Tami (tamicarvallo) | 7196 comments It looks like they merged the profiles but didn't remove the space from your name. You can go ahead and do this yourself by editing your author name or contact them again. Sorry about that, it also happens when I send requests if that's any consolation, unfortunately I can't do anything to fix it.

Your name currently is Kay^^Wilder, ^ represents a space. It should be Kay^Wilder. Only one space.

Better to do it quickly before the bot imports another one of your books and creates a new profile that occupies the one-space profile again.
