Presidential hopes for Hillary are waning, as she's exposed herself as a liar. Why else would she have deleted the emails?

Tomorrow, April 12, 2015 will reveal the next chapter in this story. There is an 'announcement' scheduled that is reported to be the official beginning of the Hilary Clinton for President campaign.I wonder who she will lose to this time . . .
She looks bad, physically I think (not commenting on beauty here) but tired and used up. I wish the Tea Party people had a prayer, but since they are Republicans not likely in the Democratic primary :)
You wish the Tea Party had a prayer? Seriously? I need to go now. Got to see what crap is going down in Nashville. It's turning into a Hillary hate fest down there at the NRA Convention.
Cynthia wrote: "Lose? She is polling way ahead of any of the likely Tea Party candidates."She was polling above any two other candidates (DINO or RINO) combined in 2008. Then the Democrats unveiled their secret anti-FOBH weapon. The rest is history.
Since then there has been the Wiki leaks and Snowden revelations about her activities as Secretary of State. That information won't do her any favors. Combined with all the off the wall items of her on tape that will get played over and over and over . . . Why does she even want that abuse?
Ignore those people in Nashville. They can't even decide which side left or right(pun intended) to try to hide their handguns.
I think it's so fascinating - and a little scary - to hear some of the republican candidates speak, I sometimes forget how very different your political scene is from ours! Are there other democrat candidates than Hillary? (the primary elections don't get that much attention in our news)
We're having elections this Autumn, but with 9 different parties in the game it's quite a different kind of campaigns :-)
From what I've seen so far, not happy with any of the candidates yet. She may actually win, especially considering some of the others. Can't believe the election is inching closer already.
Louise wrote: "I think it's so fascinating - and a little scary - to hear some of the republican candidates speak, I sometimes forget how very different your political scene is from ours! Are there other democra..."
No, there are no other official or declared Democratic Party candidates for President. So watch while I',m writing this that someone else declares!
Two of the three Republican(GOP) candidates are niche extremists. The third, Paul, is arguably not a Republican as much as a Libertarian.
The real interesting coverage was the jab Hilary fest at the National Rifle Association conference. This isn't something to be taken seriously as it is just feeding time at the zoo. But it did get a lot of ink & electrons.
We have to wait and see who if any 'normal' or less extremist Republicans decide to run.
The bad thing is that we have to go through this mess twice. First the seemingly unending early and late primary maneuverings, and then, then we get to do it all over again. The US has 'two' parties. Those two parties in the primaries show their true internal differences to fight out what is going to be the platform. Then it gets ugly.
One other phenomena that has emerged in the USA has been the DINO & RINO issue. Or Democrats & Republicans In Name Only. They run as a member of one of the two large parties (we do have others just rarely if ever do they have electoral success) for financial reasons. Their alignments and philosophy however are wildly different from traditional or even current standings of the rest of the specific party. Independents seem to do better than any of the other groups like Green, Socialist, People's, etc.
It's going to be another long election season.
So far, no one in either party appeals to me. What would appeal to me is a middle-of-the-road candidate with common sense and a real desire to compromise and come up with solutions to our problems. The way the system is set up, especially regarding campaign finance, makes such a candidate unlikely.
CD gave a good summary. Take the election hysteria times 100 and you end up in small-town iowa. I have already shaken hands with Rick Perry. The Donald was at the Capitol the same day as I, but stuck to the Republican caucus. And the courting begins.
Wonder if it's not too late for this guy:
As long as he doesn't walk away and throw his hands up as if being questioned about actions taken in office is ridiculous, yeah I'd vote for him over Hillary.
Caught Hillary in smoking gun when she sent email to Egyptian president and her family that stated the Benghazi attack was planned by terrorists on 911 and then she lied when she told the families of those who died at Benghazi that the attack was caused by a video.Remember the Alamo- Remember the Maine-Remember the Benghazi !!
Democrats will vote for Hillary, knowing she's a liar. What does that say about them? About what they want for our country? Hillary dealing with terrorists, with Putin - no way are those guys going to see us as a strong country. I'm a woman, but I don't think we need a woman to lead this country now.
Oh my. I should not comment, but I will. It is high freaking time for a woman president. She's qualified, she's ready, and it pisses me off that you call her a liar.
So, Iowa Caucus-ing isn't far off now!Hilary has some new problems since I last visited this post.

If you can't get by the firewall or don't have Wall Street Journal access, the gist of the story is that the Clinton campaign is going to have to address the abuse of women problem. The potential first husband has been accused of just about every negative act toward women that exists. Before he was elected President waaaay back in 1992 (yes kids!, 23 years ago at this time William Jefferson Clinton was running for President ) the manner that Bill, Hillary and the FOBH (friends of Bill and Hillary) managed the accusations was to vilify, demean, dismiss, and belittle any woman who challenged the 'official' story. Then came the hostile work environment behavior, lying to Congress, and of course impeachment.
It is valid fodder for the campaign because Hillary was the acknowledged leader in the 'fight for Bill'. It's gonna' happen. Brace yourselves for another round. "BIMBO ERUPTIONS 2016" coming soon to a political forum near you! Get your tickets early.
I'll vote for Clinton because she doesn't scare me the way the GOP candidates pretty much all do. I think she's dirty and given a choice, I'd far prefer Sanders, but if she's the dem candidate, I'm voting for her.I don't care about her being a woman. She's done a lot of sleazy stuff and I'm very disappointed in her, because at one time I thought she seemed pretty cool.
That said, Ted Cruz hangs out with Kevin Swanson and Trump, oh my loving god, where do I even start? Every one of the GOP candidates is gung ho to destroy something about this country that I feel strongly about. So Clinton it is. With her it will no doubt be more of the same oligarchy, but at least it's the devil I know.
I won't vote for Hillary or Sanders. I would vote for Biden if he decided to join the fray. He seems sensible and honest.
Just think, a year from today (Friday, not the 22nd) we will have a new President of the United States. On the 22nd of 2017 we will be about 48 hours into the first term of whoever.Cue Jeopardy! theme
Will Secretary Hillary Clinton have survived the primaries?
Can either major party find or shape a candidate that is acceptable?
Is there a dark horse out there?
How unhappy and or unhinged will the losers be?
Only 10 shopping days left 'til Iowa.
I don't understand why Marco Rubio is so overlooked. He comes across as highly intelligent and capable of running the company. Maybe he will get another chance in the next presidential election.
The country is not a company. Auto-correct?Marco Rubio is a putz. Over the weekend, while more than 30 people were busy dying because of the harsh weather, he was at a campaign event, celebrating the storm because it would "freeze the president's 'executive order' pen."
Iowa a surprise? How?Yesterday Christie said Rubio is not asked tough questions and called him the "boy in the bubble."
Classy.
Cynthia wrote: "Iowa a surprise? How?Yesterday Christie said Rubio is not asked tough questions and called him the "boy in the bubble."

The first 'surprise' or at least unexpected result was the close race at the top of the Democratic ticket. Clinton and Sanders statistically even wasn't in the viewfinder at all.
Secondly that Rubio did as well as he did numerically. The top two GOP'rs were a forgone conclusion, it was just who got the most support.
Christie is a put up rube. He is playing a role that he is well aware of in the primaries. Rubio is being ignored, but at this point that is to his benefit as he can let the tailgunner and the mouth-that-roars beat each other up and out.
I'd like to see Kasich do better just for arguments sake though I don't really agree with him. He is just more rational than the others and has a better(read consistent) record.
Sanders and Clinton now have to publicly differentiate themselves from one another. Not just among the Demo cognoscenti. And they each have a real political hurdle to overcome, Sanders with economics and Clinton with defense.
Well, two more bit the dust. They're starting to drop like flies. Who will be left after New Hampshire? The excitement builds.
So, We've got Bernie Sanders winning New Hampshire. Is this a rebuke to the establishment politicians? Trump's topping the GOP seems to be obviously an early note to the traditional conservatives that there are new ideas (or old ones or something different) coming into play for '16.
Seen from a European perspective Sanders is the far most (only?)sensible candidate - most of the republican candidates seem soo far right winged and so far out, that we can't really relate to them at all. I mean when you look at the stuff Trump has said, his lack of touch with reality and the way ordinary people live, and the ways he has contradicted himself - he is far worse than Hillary - and him as president would fit the premise of quite a few scary dystopian novels I can think of. Who would you say is the most moderate republican?
That aside, isn't Hillary the only one of them who has had a 30y prominent position in US politics? That adds a lot of lugage both good and bad - that a newcomer won't have - yet.
Louise wrote: "Seen from a European perspective Sanders is the far most (only?)sensible candidate - most of the republican candidates seem soo far right winged and so far out, that we can't really relate to them ..."Kasich is moderate. Therefore, doomed.
Makes me want to go back to bed.Clearly, much work to do when it comes to guns in this country. Background checks, mental health service improvements, shutting down those fucking gun shows. I will be lobbying in Des Moines with a group of Gun Sense moms and their children in March. It's time. It's beyond time.
so many cultural differences. Ordinary people can't buy guns in Denmark. Hunters and people who join clubs where there are gun sports can get a permit - but it takes time and is quite difficult- to buy a small gun, which must always be locked away in a safe.
Now Hillary Clinton 'can't remember':http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/02/politic...
The types and specifics of what she doesn't remember are disturbing for someone who seeks the Presidency:

The FBI synopsis that various news sources are massaging to their own purposes can be seen at:

I can't watch any more of her lies - just fast forward through them on my DVR. I know Democrats will vote for her, knowing she's lying, because they want to elect a Democrat. I can't blame them because Republicans will vote for Trump, knowing he's functioning with the emotional intelligence of a sixth- grader. Regardless of who wins, we'll all lose for the next four years. Can't even picture what the future will look like, and that's probably a good thing. The founding fathers never imagined this mess.
Hillary went down. I didn't expect it, but I'm thankful not to have to watch and hear her on the news for the next four years. I've never been able to get past her testimony during the Benghazi hearing: her body language and her dismissive attitude; her sense of entitlement; her anger that she was being questioned; her lack of remorse; her assumption that people should just move on and forget about the whole thing because it was in the past. And she got away with it. I think this election was about class. Average Americans vs. the Elites whose power and money protect them from facing the consequences of their actions; e.g. Wall Street moguls whose greed was bailed out by hard-working people who do the right thing, pay taxes, abide by the law, pay for their mistakes. Democrats underestimated the anger of the mass of people in this country who feel abused. Bernie's popularity should have given them a clue.
