There’s a lot to celebrate in May. The Kentucky Derby, Mother's Day, Cinco de Mayo, graduations. But I looked at some lesser-known holidays for inspiration for this month's challenge tasks.

Their most famous wine, and most expensive, is Vin Jaune. a wine made like an unfortified sherry--meaning it develops a yeast veil called "flor" that protects the wine as it loses its fruit and intensifies over the years until it's bottled.

RULES OF THE CHALLENGE
All books used must be a minimum of 100 pages long - Page length determined by HARDCOVER 1st edition. If there is no Hardcover, then the most popular paperback governs page #.
You may read in any format - text, audio or e-book.
You MUST finish the book before you can claim credit for completing a task.
A book may be used for only one task, even if it would satisfy the challenge for multiple tasks.
