Okay, so I was thinking about how when Alden mentioned that before Della, there was someone else in Keefe’s short story in the book Flashback. What if that someone was Edaline? I mean, think about it. Grady is a close friend of his and he had said that he had said that whoever he likes had left him for a close friend. Edaline and Della are also similar in more ways than we let ourselves realize. I’m just saying that this is the theory I’m sticking with🤷🏻‍♀️ Please share your thoughts on this😊😆

I like it! That could be the case, though I feel like there might be more tension between Edaline and Alden, or even Alden and Grady for that matter. Unless they both have been able to get over it. We would also have to check Edaline and Grady's marriage with Alden and Della's.

That's a really good point, I had also been thinking that it might have been Alden and Edaline because we've never really seen the two of them talk to each other directly. Unless I'm forgetting a moment where they did, I don't know...

Fair enough, it would be fun to see if that was ever revealed!

Cool! I heard a theory from a friend that it was Gethan, or that maybe Gethan and Oralie were siblings.

I think that Elwin is Sophie's dad, not Kendrick bc oralie is her mom and that would have been to obvious that shannon would not want it obvious

I agree, if Elwin was Sophie's dad it would make sense because Kendrick never had a true relation with Oralie and Elwin knows a lot about Sophie! Also, Elwinand Oralie barely even see each other which might be because of that reason!

They also got to reunite! Also I would be so sad if Sophies father was dead!

I just can't see it being Elwin. He's told Mr. Forkle countless times that she deserves to know who her father is, and I think he would have told her by this point. He's just too close to her to be her actual father, imo.
