Chapter 1-7

(view spoiler)[As always, I love this one already. It kind of feels like always the same but never boring if you catch my drift. I love how he calls Iris Baby and other names. I mean, irl I would hate if someone I don't really know yet did that but in a book that's different haha
Again, I really want to know more about her back story (her dad, her arm...)

Chapter 8-14

(view spoiler)[God, I am so in love with them. When they chose who sleeps in a room with whom, I thought omg, only one bed trope but would've found it too early in the book. Instead we got the fart scene which I found soooo funny. I really love them together and can't wait for them to get together. Also the scene with the different piercings hahaha that was gold. Loved how she did her first tattoo (well, almost) (hide spoiler)]

This week my work has been crazy, just came back home at midnight. Wrapping up on 2 books and starting this! Very excited

Chapter 15-21

(view spoiler)[Iris going to the other gang was really really stupid and I can already see it backfiring on her later on and maybe she will have to be rescued by him?
So shady that her dad has another kid. I mean, not really a surprise given he did that before as well but how can someone be like that? Let's see if we get to meet the younger sibling. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 22-28

I really felt for her when she got yelled at and was supposed to get the hell out. But seems like we're finally getting to the romance part now and I'm sooooo excited, I love them (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 29-end

(view spoiler)[Well, what can I say, I loved it as always!
Very steamy in between and I just loved their connection. It's awesome how she left her dad behind and found a new family with the widows. I really loved the epilogue when she said something like "I already bought a mini motorbike to tell you so please let me do it right" haha (hide spoiler)]

I finished chapter 5 so haven't got to your spoilers yet. Back to grumpy sunshine? Why the hell not? I see you have rated it 5 stars. So far it is going well for me as well. At the end of chapter 5, he calls her princess then she responds by calling him "royal highness" and I just burst out laughing with my coffee.

I just love grumpy sunshine. And I felt the same about the royal highness response haha
I laughed a lot with this book, especially about the things I wrote in the Chapter 8-14 spoiler. I'm excited to hear what you think!

Haha, same here. It is a similar vibe but different setting/conditions/characters.

I finished chapter 20 as well. The book went by quite fast to be honest.

Having said that, I don't like Iris so far. She gives me those vibes who try to be a good person but end up messing up stuff for everyone and then going into self-blame. She honestly needs a lot of babysitting.

I finished chapter 31 and yayyyy finally the romance has begun in full phrase. I am literally doing some work and then reading for 5 minutes as I have not been able to put it down since the romance started. It has turned out so good so far!

I finished and I quite liked it as well. Not 5 stars as I am being a bit stingy this year. But great read as always MZ!

Is it me or did this book had more steam than normal MZs?

I understand it, for me it was 5 stars but not my favorite of her books.

I do feel like it was more steamy than others, especially because often all of the relationship parts happen at the very end of her books, so this one was different.

Yeah, exactly, the relationship happened faster than her usual haha... What's next?
