Has anything, including ARCs, been issued with the existing cover?
ARCs have the new cover. I have updated the cover in KDP.
Sorry, actually the ARCs may still have the old cover as I only received the updated cover this week.
We keep this edition for ARCs, you can add Advance Reader Copy in edition field if you wish.The new cover can be added as an alternate cover edition. You can then select the new one as primary/default edition.
