I’m in a stage of my writing where I hate every word I write, and think it’s cringe. Do you have any tips. Please I need it.

Don’t be afraid to do it bad. What’s happening right now is that your knowledge of writing is exceeding your experience— you’re seeing flaws that you didn’t see before, and it’s making you think you’ve gotten worse. You just have to keep reading and writing until your experience catches up to your knowledge again. So my advice here would be to just keep writing, even if it feels bad or cringey, because the only way to get better at writing is by writing, and you can always go back later and rewrite it once you have more experience.

I totally get what you’re feeling. I saw a quote the other day that helped me so I’ll share it with you:

"WRITE IT BADLY. Write it badly, write it badly, write it badly, write it badly. Stop what you're doing, open a Word document, put a pencil on some paper, just get the idea out of your head. Let it be good later. Write it down now. Otherwise it will die in there."

It’s true, if you give up, you’ll never be happy with what you write.. cause you won’t have written anything. Just keep going! You can do this!

I have such feelings, too, from time to time, but I don't stop. I write, write and write until I start liking it.
Sometimes, I just take a pause, do something else, try to clean my head, and just try once again. The harderst for me is to write university papers, because there are the requiremets, and it can be even harder to write. But with some pauses and additional readings for inspiration, I usually manage to finish everything on time. There are situations when I use https://edubirdie.com/ because I can get stuck for too long and need some additional help.

Try a new style. If you get stuck, move to a different genre or style or even a mc you don't usually write.

You could try reading a book in the same genre as yours.

Reread it and analyze it. What specifically don't you like about it? What do you think doesn't work about it, and what does? Although it can be frustrating to be finding faults in your stories, it becomes valuable when you can figure out what is causing those faults to appear.
