1. Don't be hateful towards anyone, at all. Friendly discussions are fine but never resort to insulting someone personally. If anyone is found to be insulting a person in this group based on an aspect of their being, (race, sexuality, etc) they will be immediately banned.
2. When writing peer reviews, give constructive criticism. Nobody likes their writing being torn apart, so why be rude? Instead of picking apart every part of someone's writing, politely give tips and suggestions.
3. If your writing could be triggering, put it in spoilers and add a trigger warning. Appropriate trigger warnings could include poems about eating disorders or writing with violence in it. You do not need to put spoilers if your writing includes caps or other things that are generally normal.
4. Have fun! Writing is an escape and it is wonderful to improve it but never feel pressured to do anything with your art. This is supposed to be a supportive community!
