What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Didn't read, but it's a book I remember seeing in bookstores no earlier than 2020, although I'd guess 2023. The plot as described by the jacket was some sort of contest where whoever could stay the longest in a supposed cursed?
haunted? house would win a prize, I think money. Instead someone dies and presumably the contest is canceled. I have vague memories of the cover being minimalistic, I think black and white, of an overhead photo of a car driving down a long driveway. There might have been snow.
