11) Uneven Bars: Series with uneven number of books

For this silver prompt in our gymnastics event, we’re looking for any book from a series with an uneven number of books. (Example: 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, etc.) The series doesn’t need to be complete but the current number of books published should be uneven. You do not need to read the entire series, simply one book from the series, and the book you read can be any number in the series.

Which series will you be reading from for this prompt?

Well, I intended to read this series of 5 books this year anyway, have already picked the first book for prompt 36 Has future technology, and book 2 for prompt 7 here Boxing - A strong opening.

The Hitchhiker Trilogy by Douglas Adams

I am also going the read a book from the Hitchhiker's series, at least Life, The Universe and Everything and possibly also So Long, And Thanks For All the Fish (I re-read the first two recently, it's time to add the others)

I'm going with Agatha's Hercule Poirot. By some accounts there are 39 novels.

I read the Wild Robot by Peter Brown. It has 3 books in its series.

I will be reading The Maze Runner by James Dashner

I read System Collapse by Martha Wells. It's part of the Murderbot Diaries, which has 7 books. System Collapse is the 7th, which means I've now run out of Murderbot books. : (((((.

I read The Kind Worth Saving by Peter Swanson, the second book in a mystery/thriller series that currently has 3 installments.

I read Heavy Is the Crowne bby Cathleen Cole The last book of a 7-book series.

I read Night, which is part of a trilogy.

John Grisham just released Camino Ghosts, the third book in the Camino Island series. I have enjoyed the first two of the books, but you don't have to read the first one to enjoy Camino Winds, there is enough plot catch up.

In Real Life by Jonathan Gregory is number 3 of 13 books.

I read The Stranger Diaries by Elly Griffiths, which was grand. It was only when I was halfway through the second book in the series, The Postscript Murders, that I realised there were 4 books in the series, not 3....oops.

I'm going to read Blue Water by Leonara Nattrass - the second book of three (so far). I read the first one - Black Drop - for prompt 16 (no modern transportation), and will read the third - Scarlet Town - for prompt 2 (flame on cover).

Recently discovered that a 9th Anne of Green Gables book was published posthumously....so I am moving Anne here instead of "gold"
