Harlequin Presents Readers discussion

For some reason I can remember a lot about this book except I can't find it. Takes place in Australia. Before the book starts, when the heroine is 16-17 she has a boyfriend who she loves and gets pregnant. They're part of the wild crowd and ride motorcycles. The hero's brother joins the group and has a crush on the heroine. Her boyfriend and the hero's brother race or fight and both die. The hero's family always blamed her for this and try to get her prosecuted but fail.

Fast forward to the present and heroine is a secretary with a 11-12 year old son who swims. She gets a new boss, the hero. She recognizes him right away but he doesn't recognize her. He's hard on her because she comes in late and doesn't work on weekends or do work trips because of the son who he doesn't know about. He eventually finds out she has a son and that's why she's not available and is nicer to her. They start and affair and eventually get married.

While out of town because the son has gone to nationals for his swimming, the hero figures out that she's the one who "killed his brother" and he's very cruel and violent from what I remember. The son protects his mother from him and eventually he listens to her side of the story.
