Maddy | 232 comments I just finished A Good Girls Guide to Murder the series and really enjoyed it!! I wouldn’t really say it has gore maybe slightly graphic but nothing crazy but I’d look up the trigger warnings just to confirm. It’s YA as well

Audrey 🤍 | 216 comments I’ve read the first two and the novella but not As Good As Dead

Jianna Smith (jiannareads) | 31 comments if i read a good girls guide to murder does it have to be read with the second book or can it be a standalone? 💕

message 10: by Emily (new)

Emily (emilyyyypadila) | 28 comments It’s part of a series but if you just want to read the first book then that’s fine because it doesn’t leave off on a cliffhanger!!

Jianna Smith (jiannareads) | 31 comments if your looking for a non gory thriller i would recommend ward d by freida mcfadden, it does mention blood and it says someone died but it does not have any description of gore.

it’s about a nurse who is assigned to a phycological asylum and she finds out that people start to go missing in the asylum and she slowly figures out how and why people are going missing in the asylum

i personally rated it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

message 15: by Lilah (new)

Lilah I honestly think Five Survive by Holly Jackson is very underrated. It is written very well, no spice, and is YA.
If you like Five Survive, or think you would like to read something similar to it, I also recommend reading Five Total Strangers by Natalie D. Richards. They're not super gory because they are written for younger audiences but are still enjoyable.

I love the naturals !! the only content warnings is swearing and minors getting pregnant (only side characters, no spice scenes)

Theres also deaths of loved ones and childhood trauma

ProseAndPetals Okay good to know. Thank you. I was planing to start the series in March. I already bought the first 3 books though so I better like them 😅😅
