Well done RTD!Finally an episode where I have no grumbles.
Except one.
When do we get a UNIT series?
Give these people their own show!

Are the spoilers about the actual episode or what's to come?"
No. Just a cool piece of trivia.

Good,
Curiosity was getting to me, but I've been avoiding spoilers like crazy.
Now I know it's safe to click.
Yeah, I just didn’t want to have someone who was casually reading to hit that and be upset if they hadn’t actually seen the episode. It’s a big giveaway. I’m like River Song … spoilers. 😼

I'm just paranoid, as the internet's sole purpose seems to be spoiling things for me.
I don’t even like talking about the ending, actually the whole film, of The Sixth Sense unless I’ve been told, usually several times, that the people around me have seen the movie.
Rick wrote: "I don’t even like talking about the ending, actually the whole film, of The Sixth Sense unless I’ve been told, usually several times, that the people around me have seen the movie."I hate how in this day and age we aren't allowed to not know things.
Five minutes after something drops everybody rushes to yell it from the roof tops.
I like going into shows and movies blind.
That's half the fun. The surprises.
I agree. Completely. Back in the late 80s I stopped reading blurbs and advertising for books and films I knew I already wanted to read, so I only read such things if I’m not sure if I want to read it or not. It’s harder for movies as I love watching trailers. And I just avoid most social network sites. They’re also guilty of passing forward all the worst traits of humanity and the worst nonsensical conspiracies imaginable. Oh let’s watch someone else play a video game! Boring! Let’s watch someone unbox this cool thing they got for free as a promotion that they don’t give a rat’s ass about because all they won’t really is free stuff and clicks. Moronic influencers and still just morons. Until humanity’s maturity can catch up with our technology, this is the world we live in.

Rick wrote: "“I know a secret, I must tell EVERYONE” Don't trust ‘em. Never."Yeah.
Half the joy of this episode was the reveals, and not knowing what was coming, so when the big bad is revealed, I was just "Are you kidding me?!!! Holy #$%!'
To quote Willy Wonka 'The suspense is terrible...I hope it'll last.'I'm torn, as I would have loved if both episodes had dropped, but at the same time, I'm kind of loving having a week to toss theories back and forth with friends and just go "Oh my god! Did you see that? They mentioned so and so!'
And I’ve got to say, I would LOVE to see Carole Ann Ford return. And don’t let (view spoiler) take attention away from Mrs Flood. 🙀🙀🙀

I know. Just who is she and what does she plan on doing?! Gah. This one has me on tenterhooks!

Turns out that even Egyptologists are not sure just what animal Sutekh is supposed to be based on so they call him "the Sutekh animal". Doctor Who went with a demented rat thing and I can't say it's a bad choice at all.
I am currently so impressed with RTDIf he makes the landing I will forgive every grumble I had about this season
Rick wrote: "How cool would it be to see Susan (Carole Ann Ford) rerun in the finale and help save the day?"Most of my theories say we've already seen Susan (just not Carole Ann Ford: though it would be very cool if we get a cameo)
Susan has appeared quite a bit in Big Finish, including introducing her son to the (eighth) Doctor. Interestingly, the doctor’s great grandson is portrayed by Paul McGann’s son.

Sorry Nick.
Hope RTD sends you a fruit basket.
Travis wrote: "Yeah, I have a feeling, part 2 is going to be one of those stories that messes up BF continuity...."What continuity? The Time War changed EVERYTHING. There’s a built in clean slate. No fruit basket necessary.
As I say in most of my reviews for the Doctor Who: Unbound: 1-8 Collected series: An alternate reality? A variant history? An incarnation of the Doctor and/or a timeline that was erased by effects of the Time War?
Okay, I get if you haven't watched and memorized every Doctor Who episode ( some people need to sleep and develop social skills, unlike me) but if one more , so called, professional, online reviewer references not being familiar with Sutekh, I will flip the table. How about, instead of rushing to get your video out five minutes after the epispode airs, you actually take some notes or do some research...?
Maybe there's a reason I haven't subscribed to your channel?

Seriously? Some has a Doctor Who channel and they don’t know who Sutehk is? 🤦🏻♂️ What a leech! 🤨 They’ve probably only watched New Who. 🙄
I usually can only stand to listen to the wannabe Whovians on YouTube (or wherever) for about 30 seconds. Most of them just piss me off. A friend’s wife calls them “loud nerds” and I gotta say it usually fits.

They ask me questions about old monsters and I feel smart and cool.
But, if you're a reviewer, don't announce you are bad at your job!
