The Manga Squad discussion

Do any of you members read Light Novels as well as manga? What series have you read or started reading? Which do you prefer the Light Novels or the manga adaptations?

I'm currently reading That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime Volume 15. It's probably one of my favorites I started it when I saw the first volume drop back in 2017. The premise just sounded ridiculous so I had to give it a go. It's definitely a little long winded and has way too many characters to keep track of but I enjoy it. Definitely more than the anime adaptation.

I've also read several volumes of Death Mage, Slayers, No Game No Life, Passing Beast Tamer. And single volumes of a few other series that I never got back to.
