The annual Rilltown Carnival has arrived! This carnival is rather small and takes place right outside of Rilltown during the night time. Although this carnival is rather small, it is filled with many activities. The night of the carnival may be the only night when Rilltown is completely silent, for everyone is running around at the carnival. Families, groups of friends, couples, and people going solo usually enjoy themselves. The carnival starts at six thirty at night, but there is no set end time. In past years, the carnival shuts down after the last person leaves.
