(Olga, we usually add only the title - if possible transliteration in English within square brackets- and description/blurb in our languages. And all other details (publisher, author names) in English. If the author page already exists, I use it. I hope it is okay)
The manual says:* Description should be in the language of the book
* Publisher doesn't matter, no rules
* Author: the first author should be in English, the second as on the cover
* Title: as on the cover. Transliteration is optional (I don't like transliteration, don't use it in Cyrillic editions)
