Scifi-Fantasy book club discussion

this is how we are gonna kick it all off :) if you have anything you want to talk about chapters 1-15, positives, negatives, all your thoughts down in bellow !!

I keep getting stuck on this book & considering a DNF. I've picked it up a few times this month, read a couple of chapters each sitting and then find myself wanting to read something else. I don't know if it's the genre or the high expectation for a new Katherine Arden book but something is off for me. Does this one get drastically better in plot or character depth after chapter 10?

I personally enjoyed it as it progressed. But it can be confusing cause of the characters are in other peoples bodies as far as I can remember. I have read it before so I know how it progresses its slower but it's kinda like her nightingale series. But like read a little more and if you can't jive with it, then DNF it.
