We're officially half-way through the year which seems impossible, honestly. We have five prompts this month so let's get right into it!

The Prompts

Spin #1

Spin #2

Spin #3

Spin #4

Spin #5

I think these are all pretty self-explanatory but as always if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me. Share your TBR's below and consider choosing books that will also count for the other challenges we have going on this month. I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone picks- good luck!

Nat (waterfallz) | 658 comments 1. I book that matches my favorite bookmark: I Hope This Doesn't Find You (the bookmark is super floral and colorful, but this cover has similar colors, I really don't own a lot of bookmarks, so I don't have a lot of cloices)
2. Roll a die (horror): FantasticLand (wanted to finish this last month, but we only have so much time)
3. Choose a book from your TBR 85-95: These Lying Eyes (I think this was #93, but I've had it on my kindle for years, so it's a good excuse to get reading)
4. A book set in a small town: Midnight Sun
5. A book with a number in the title: SEAL Team Six: Memoirs of an Elite Navy SEAL Sniper
I Hope This Doesn't Find You by Ann Liang FantasticLand by Mike Bockoven These Lying Eyes by Amanda A. Allen Midnight Sun (The Twilight Saga, #5) by Stephenie Meyer SEAL Team Six Memoirs of an Elite Navy SEAL Sniper by Howard E. Wasdin

that is why I started adding the prompts to choose from between certain numbers on our GR want to read list- it pushes us to read something we've had on the list a long time and probably haven't even thought about in a while- its worked well for me so far. its one of the prompts I prioritize finishing for that reason so I'm glad its working out for you as well!

Ok well No one goes to the house: Unveiling the Secrets of Ravens-wood's Forbidden Mansion is actually illegible, like it sounds like gibberish, punctuation is no where mostly and shows up randomly, sentences are incomplete or just don't make sense, I give up. I hope it's just a translation issue or something otherwise, this is horrible. So...I'm updating my prompt for 3. Choose a book between #85-95 on TBR

New pick: Bones of the Coast: Tales of Terror from the Pacific Northwest

Bones of the Coast Tales of Terror from the Pacific Northwest by Shannon Campbell

Ok sorry! I'm going to be extra annoying this month and change another book too, I have to return Jar of Hearts today and didn't get to it in time, so I'll be updating prompt 2 as well, still sticking with Crime that I rolled.

New pick: Three Sisters in Black: The Bizarre True Case of the Bathtub Tragedy

Three Sisters in Black The Bizarre True Case of the Bathtub Tragedy by Norman J. Zierold

Ughhh well I can't find a copy of The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane so I'm changing that one too for 1. Matches my Favorite Bookmark.

New Pick: The Only One Left
I have a bookmark that matches the color scheme on this one, plus it says "alternative facts" which I always feel like matches thrillers and the lying vibe of this one especially.

The Only One Left by Riley Sager

I finished I Hope This Doesn't Find You and Midnight Sun, not sure if I'll get to the rest for the month, but I'll see.

I just did ok on this challenge. I finished the two, and I started FantasticLand and These Lying Eyes, but did not start SEAL Team Six: Memoirs of an Elite Navy SEAL Sniper.

Whelp! I didn't get a single one from this list done this month, started and nearly finished 3 of them but hopefully next month will be better! Yikes!
