I've received 1 star reviews as a result of this thread!

WE HAVE 100S OF BOT ACCOUNTS HERE AND HAVE RESOURCES TO CREATE 100 MORE. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH US BECAUSE WE DON'T LIVE IN YOUR COUNTRY. BETTER SCRAM ASAP " Yay direct threats
Alex,I got some of those once upon a time. I flagged everything and moved on. Eventually it stopped.
Don't waste any emotional energy on this. It's totally unimportant. Assuming it's even actual people posting this garbage and not bots, they're only doing it to try to get a rise out of you. Don't give them the pleasure of your reaction. Flag them and then ignore them.
As a friend of mine once said, "It's just mind over matter. If you don't mind, they don't matter."

Don't worry about it. Seriously. You've reported them, and as of today when I look at your books I see no reviews at all. A few low-star reviews are never a problem. Every book that gets real reviews gets a range of ratings from low to high, because no book, no matter how well-written is universally loved. The kind of text you've reported is actually an indicator that those are trash reviews anyway. Pretty much everyone knows it.

I'm being harassed by a group of clearly fake profiles claiming:
1. I work for a newspaper that bashes gay rights activists
2. that I'm plagiarizing Mary Shelly's Frankenstein ( my book is a parody of Frankenstein and other monster movies )
3. and that I'm faking my disability (cerebral palsy ) for PR and press!
I've been trying to get a hold of some help but it doesn't look like Goodreads.com support is even listening.
