i think we should brainstorm more ideas, what about you?

i was thinking we could make it summer themed with summer prompts? what do you think.

i agree with all of the rules but i do allow members to create threads in the book recs folder if they want recs for a specific type of book.

i think you could be in charge of making polls for BOTM and SOTM and overall just doing what is needed in the group? if that makes sense.

Yes. it doesnt have to be super summer since the challenge will probably go into august too. there can be 2 teams

i was wondering if you made the thread to post reviews yet, don't want to rush you or anything but i am finishing a popular book soon and i would like to post my review in it once i am done with it tomorrow! lmk

i think i would like to do a fall theme, and i could use the team name sippin' and readin'. yes i agree that teams need to be fair so we will have to work with the participants we get.

i think some of the activity prompts could be fall themed as well as book prompts like:

RAB that is set in august or september.
RAB that has leaves on the cover.

+ activity prompts

i think book prompts should be +7 and activity prompts should be +6 so most of the points arent activities. other than that i love it!

i could make a poll to see if people prefer a short term challenge or a long term.

so i just checked and it looks like short term is winning by around 20 votes. should we wait a little longer for people to vote or choose dates?

do you have any ideas? i was thinking around august 12th to august 26th? somewhere around there maybe.

its totally good! its harder for me to make posts or edit them because i use the app a lot more than the website or desktop so it's harder to figure things out.

i think people are more so suggesting books they loved, then ones they need to read so it makes sense!

-RAB that is spooky themed.
-RAB that is set during fall/autumn.
-RAB that deals with spells or witches.

activity prompts:
-Go on a hayride.
-Carve a pumpkin.
-Bake a fall or spooky treat.

i was trying to come up with more but my mind is blank

yeah i'd say maybe put the ppl who didnt choose one on ur team. a lot of ppl choose to be on my team i think bc we've done brs or chatted a few times and became friends - i think it will be more fair this time as a lot of ppl are back in school by now

I can go in and look at peoples thing and put the rest on teams and do that, but for any other people we should ask them to choose there team?

i just added everyone to teams so atm my team has 6 members and urs has 5 including ourselves

next month i can do botm and the others to help even things out
