Me too! So the polls are ready and are set to start tomorrow and end a week before the last day of april, that way people can get the books in time.
Myriam wrote: "Good!"Do you know any cool and different book challenges for me to add for an upcoming month?
Sorry I haven't been around... I have finals coming up and work a lot. When my finals are over I'll be back more often. Add whatever challenge u think will really work for the group and think people will enjoy
The read five thing sounds cool. I was thinking also about creating a challenge where every month I read one book from a current genre
We read* sorry on my phone. That way everyone gets one book out of the way towards their reading goal for the year
I'm going to be gone today and tomorrow. I'm visiting a college in Florida. Just wanted to let you know
So as you've seen I created the buddy reads section.I figured schedules and preparing for the buddy reads can be in upcoming and then current will have your discussions and comments during the buddy reads. Does that sound good or should I change something
In upcoming make a topic with the name of the book and start date example The Host May 17th. There you guys can get new members involved, create a schedule, brainstorm, get questions from some sites whatever works. Then with the same topic name a day before you start in current. Post the schedule you all have agreed on or rest stops. Then when you guys have an intermission or finish a section post some questions etc.

Now that I am on my computer, its fine
I know you just made me a mod but I already have an idea. Since you are having more people getting involved with Pick It For Me I thought that maybe we could do a take off on Copycat. Of course name it something else. My sister had suggested something like Shadow Read. I know that copycat is really popular so I thought that maybe I would suggest doing something similar.
That's honestly a great idea I've done that as a mod on another group. It works out well. Do you want to make the thread?
Hey guys! It seems like everything is running super smoothly.I just wanted to give you both a heads up that I am going to be on vacation from July 7th to July 18th. I will probably pop in here and there while I am gone but I need you both to keep things going.
As mods I need you to be active. I am currently typing up more challenges and ideas to post on the group. Hopefully, I will have it done by today because I work open to close for the next three days.
I added a rainbow challenge and a five month genre challenge. Also, I added a games folder. There is a series elimination & cover game.

It happens. I added some things to get comments flowing again
I was thinking of using this image i found online for a yearly book challenge in 2016. The readers can pick the suggested or any other book as long as they are set in each named country.I also found one for each state of the US but I think it would be cool for our members to get to read a book set in other countries rather than states. Let me know what you think.

We need to start preparing for 2016 year long challenges, maybe new monthly challenges and a newsletter message each month starting in january.
Hannah wrote: "We definitely should have an A-Z challenge."Do you want to add that in our yearly challenge?
Skyler wrote: "I really like the "pick it for me" challenge, that one should stay for sure :)"Each month the participants of PIFM varies but its definitely a staple challenge. People seem to really like the new yearly challenge I posted.
