If the ISBN is being reused, you can add an alternate cover edition yourself.Otherwise, simply make a new edition.
Unless "Monarch" is an acronym, the title should NOT be in all caps.

My book won an award, so I have an updated cover that includes the award emblem. How do I go about this? Also, the title of the book should be in all caps:
MONARCH: Stories
