No I don't. Sam needs to comply with policy. I don't know how Sam can be with the police if she uses Secret Service, but she does need to use backup and let people know where she is and what she's doing. A simple call to dispatch would be nice.
No. She can't be a cop on the streets and have Secret Service protection. She would have to take a desk job.
