Play Book Tag discussion

Seven years ago the Atargatis lost all passengers on board while filming a mocumentary on mermaids. Now Imagine Entertainment is sending another ship full of scientists to the area to prove once and for all if mermaids are real. The book starts with Tory whose sister was on the Atargatis. I think the book would have been better if it stuck with Tory's POV but more and more charcters were added. The mermaids were scary but there was so much else lumped into the book, animal rights, environmental issues, an LGBTQ romance and on and on. The book would have been much better if a lot of this had been cut out and it focused solely on the mermaids.
