Sam is one again showing her lone wolf, leap-before-you-look attitude. She has not learned or changed.

While the country went wild for thi..."While it was impulsive and dangerous, she was absolutely right that, if she had tried to alert the Secret Service, he would probably have just melted away and the crowd and been lost. She really did the only thing she could in the circumstances. While Nick was understandably frightened and upset at her taking the risk, he knew what she was when he married her so he may as well get over being mad and just be grateful that she is safe.
I'm not sure why, but I found myself angry with Nick's reaction. I knew this was going to happen though. Marie Force writes these scenes because she thinks it will endearing to her readers. It always seems forced to me.
