Dare do I stare upon the night sky
And be consumed with her desire to blanket us?
Sheilding, comforting, watching...

Patient stars are her children, so bright
As each kisses the darkness goodbye
and welcomes us as we stand below.

Glowing their hearts to give us hope
a future told in a language of life
Spoken only by our souls
and written within our dreams.

May we grab hold of the truths the night speaks
Her children whose joy pierces the heavens
And our lives changed forever more.
