I added this one as it was one of the books I was forced to read in High School that I remember sort of liking. Picking it up this time, I found it very wordy with lots of unnecessary descriptions.

I had a love-hate relationship with Dicken's long descriptions. They are so wordy, but then, it's also kind of beautiful. I guess that's what they got for not having movies and tv shows yet. They really had to paint with words.Story-wise, I liked this book. I hope those of you still to read it will too.
I read this one as well. I really liked the beginning, but started to lose interest towards the end. Surprisingly, the South Park episode was spot on in some aspects (minus the robot monkeys). 3/5
