I had some long drives so I got this in audio format to listen to on the road. It was quite an enjoyable read. Nancy was truly a fascinating and amazing person. I was glad to learn about her having never heard of her before. I loved her antics and highly admired her courage.
Bummed that my library didn’t have any versions of this. Will have to see if I can get it some other way.

Can your library get you a copy from another library?
@Diane & @Maureen - seems like none of the libraries in the county have this in any format. They did have the book for September, just not this one. So I’ll probably end up buying on kindle
I really e joyed this book and found Nancy Wake to be a fascinating person She had an impoverished childhood. She as abandoned by the Father she loved and hated er highly Critical Mother. As a journalist she travelled widely and achieved miracles in France working in the French Resistance against the Nazis. Herachievements were widely recognized internationally nd she was showered with medals and awards for her inspired leadership role. Highly recommended .
I just finished this book. Nancy Wake was a very interesting person. She was a very brave young woman. This book was enjoyable to read as it was written like fiction. Before reading this book, I had not known about Nancy Wake
