Brynn Bodily | 17 comments Does anyone know if any of these books are clean? (both in terms of sexual content and language)?
-The Circus Train by Amita Parikh
-The Flight by Julie Clark
-The Storyteller of Auschwitz by Siobhan Curham
-Kingdom of Sweets by Erika Johansen
-The White Hare by Jane Johnson

Thank you!

Rhoda (rhoda451) | 11 comments I have yet to read any of these, but if you try a site called StoryGraph and look the books up, other readers may have provided content warnings. You would have to scroll to the end to find that on the book’s page. The one thing I’ve noticed is that readers on that site do not typically note language.

Avery Duffy | 7 comments I stumbled upon 'Calder Grit' by Janet Bailey and I would it doesn't end with a cliffhanger that'll leave you screaming at the author. It's a happy ending. Like finding a dollar in your pocket that you forgot was there.

Anabelle Gill | 3 comments Does anyone know if Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson is clean?

Katja (katjaom) | 2 comments Hi Anabelle,
I read Enchantment is Ravens a while back and my 12 year old daughter just read it this summer. I’d say it’s pretty clean. If you read Holly Blacks “elfhame” books you will enjoy this one as well.

I think that's Janet Daily. Loved her books :)

Larraine | 13 comments I have recently discovered a great series "The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion" by Beth Brower. Delightful, witty and clean. You will get wrapped up in the continuing story. So far, there are 8 Volumes, with more to come.

Sage✨ {Reader Of Many Books, Lover of Sarcasm, and animals} | 8 comments I need some book recomendations, like PG if it was a movie, it needs to be Pretty clean, gore is fine, light kissing fine (not heavy...ew) nothing worse than kissing, no gay or transe people, and please no f words. i like almost anything from reality to fantasy. i like christian reads also, (pg thirteen if it was a movie if its rated that for violenc eor gore... not other things)

The selection is a very clean book I loved it so much! Love and gelato is a cute little trilogy that is better for the summer but it is so sweet and exactly what you described just without the gore. And kisses and croissants is another good one! I read it a while ago but I am pretty sure that it is completely clean. For love and gelato there is some Italian in it so you might need Google Translate if you don’t know Italian and for kisses and croissants same thing just for French!
