So how about everyone puts their fav genres, books, and tropes (NO JUDGING) and if you see one that kind of resembles yours try and compare books with them and etc...

I'll go first
My favorite books(I read everything) I liked broken bonds by J. bree, the cruel prince trilogy, and lords of pain.
My fav genre is romance all types.
Anddd i like why choose tropes but like not all the time and MFM or MMFM I DONT LIKE MMMF MMF IM SORRY.
but yeahhh thats me lets compare books, i can be be picky with reviews so just talk to me about the book.

i dont have a bookstagram (maybe i should, lol) but am wanting to make friends here.

I like most genres, i read mainly thrillers though but I've been branching out into romance and fantasy. Love a good historical fiction.
In my thrillers i enjoy a lot of twists, psychological thrillers, and obviously not being able to guess the perpetrator. In Romance i like forbidden love and dominant men.

I love to read romance and dark romance books
my favourite tropes: all Marriege tropes, all pregnancy tropes, stalker, MAFIA, second chance, sibling's bestfriend or bestfriend's sibling. I don't like love triangle or reverse harem or any kind of harem. I like it when it's just the mmc and the fmc.

I love a lot of books but most are writen by: Cora Reilly, Rina Kent, Cathrina Maura, Akwaah K, Neva Ataj, Michelle Heard( kings of the Mafia), Eva Winners.

I love the anti-heroes in love duet by Gianna Darling

i like to read romantasy and dark romance (dark romantasy is even better) i’m not a huge fan of fluffy contemporary romance because it’s hard for me to enjoy (i get bored if there’s no risks + i like the escapism that fantasy/DR gives) but i do still like to read them every now and then as a cleanser and when my fantasy brain needs a break!

books/series i love:
Four Horseman series by Laura Thalassa (one of my favorite authors- reading her other series’ soon!)
The Empyrean by Rebecca Yarros (it gets plenty of shit but it’s one i instantly fell in love with)
The Darkverse series by RuNyx (my emotional support series and author)
Belladonna series by Adalyn Grace
Crowns of Nyaxia by Carrissa Broadbent (my #1 favorite author!)
and of course Throne of Glass & ACOTAR trilogy by sjm (i’m not a fan of the author or of her recent works, but TOG and the OG acotar trilogy are my comfort reads/worlds 💗)

tropes that i enjoy: enemies to lovers, he falls first and harder, FOUND FAMILY, complicated and complex father-daughter relationships, deeply flawed or morally gray MC (bonus if it’s MFC), intense healing/ growth arcs, & dragons!!

but i also LOVE holly balck and TFOTA (how could i forget that) and i enjoy RH too

Yeah i would love to be your friend, my name is fortnitemaster69, i love fortnite, i love harry potter as well my favourite is definitely harry potter and the goblet of fire. When i read i usually indulge and overdose on high amount of shrooms and ketamine, recently have gone to rehab im in so much debt toss me a 50 please, i spent all my money on harry potter definitley not the shrooms and ket.

I love dark romances my favourite is morbious, its definitley a must read! People usually dont like it but its a super intense romance about vampires. My next favourite is alittle adult and for only mature audiences and its called bluey. Ill list some of my other personal favourites.

I love love AGGGTM and Lauren Robert’s. Any fantasy or romance or murder mystery with some romance will make my head turn FAST. Also when I was younger I read all Rick Riordan books…. I also had a Hunger Games Phase.. lol

Tbh I don't like anime or manga not my thing

thats ok i was thinking that too like months ago but i learned to actually try new things and be open and think outside the box thats why i started reading different genres of books and stuff and i found out that it was actually rlly peak and not overrated like i thought it was so yeah but like I said people have different tastes and everybody unique and i like finding and learning new things from them :)

i love romance, especially dark, monster romance, mafia romance and mm romance, reverse harem/why choose romance, I'm not too much into fantasy romance but sometimes I read, crime and suspense romance, I read manga and comics too, love audiobooks, Love anime, kdrama, bl drama, BTS Army 💜, anyone watched heartstopper s3 😄

This is such a fun idea!

I mainly read Fantasy, but I'm trying to exapand my horizons (i just don't really lie romance lol)

My faves Fantasy books/series are:

- Throne of Glass . I know it's mainstream & everything, but i read it years ago and loved the story.
- Anything R F Kuang: I LOVED Babel & Yellowface, currently I set myself the goal of reading Poppy War by the end of the year
- The Priory of the Orange Tree & A Day of Fallen Night I just LOVED both
- A Game of Thrones - I'm a die hard fan of ASOIAF
There's so much more, but I don't want to just drop a text wall lol

Lately i tried delving into japanese lit & narrative. My faves so far are:
- Graveyard Shift - Just read it and loved it
- Un'estate con la Strega dell'Ovest I'm italian, so i don't know if this book has been translated or not
- Colorful
- Days at the Morisaki Bookshop & More Days at the Morisaki Bookshop
