Is there anything I can do about a bad review. Someone read my book and said it is full of "swear words" and it is not! There are very few!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and Goodreads customer support is reluctant to respond to such complaints, while Amazon doesn't respond at all. Unfortunately.

Every author gets a few negative reviews that seem to have no relationship to their book.

It's kind of like a badge of belonging to the in-group. As long as you have positive ones, try not to worry about the few confused readers - people reading your reviews will know this.

I know that sounds harsh, but check out the bestsellers in your genre - their average rating is often below 4.0 while they're raking in the cash.
