Looks like my library system has just one copy of this and it’s currently checked out. I requested it so hopefully I’ll get it by the end of the month.
The whole recruiting a crew thing is pretty out there but stick with it.
I like all the stuff about how different languages work.

This became available for me at my library this weekend so I went and picked it up. I haven’t started reading but it’s a pretty beat up copy and I flipped through it real quick on my way out of the library and stopped. The second half is printed upside down? At first I was upset thinking that someone had tampered with the book but the binding and pages didn’t look at all tampered with. Interesting! I can’t wait!
Book Nerd wrote: "That's a separate story. They printed them together in a weird way."Thanks for that, BookNerd
I started reading. I agree with you, Book nerd about the recruiting. It’s well written and I’m enjoying it. The little intro tells me that the author was just 23 when this was published. Impressive!
I agree with both of you that the recruiting thing is weird! But I like the premise of the plot. It's also really moves along.
