I watched the first episode and and thought is was pretty good. Takes some getting used to the sheriff tho.
Still following along in this series. I guess the more I watch it the better I like it. Karl grows on you and I like the interaction between him and his daughter.
This series is over now - all episodes now streaming.However Hulu will be having a second season for this show.

I finally finished up this series. I had two episodes left that I had recorded. The more I watch this one the more I like it - even having taken that long break from it.

I preferred when Cassandra was on the screen.

How funny - I was just the opposite and liked Karl better than Cassandra.

There appears to be 9 episodes in this first season - does that mean that each episode will cover one book? That is unknown. A Fox Network series would appear one episode per week - ( or maybe start with the first two??) so if you want to read the books first I suggest you get started...lol!
