Today was day two of freshman year in high school(yay…) it was actually better than yesterday, believe it or not. In the beginning of the day, I got up and ate a cinnamon scone and drank a protein shake, but yes, I still was hungry halfway through ELA class. I got on the bus and chilled and listened to some music. I have a slay bus playlist if anyone wants the link or what songs are on it, I’ll tell you. When I got to school I actually could unlock my locker! (YAYYYYY!!! They’re so fridging difficult, I swear to all the gods of Olympus). I chilled with my friend(LCD, we’ll call her) and we talked about Heartstopper. Then one of my friends, we’ll all her H, told us about some kid she saw get run over by a jeep yesterday. Then we had to watch the most boring video and answer questions for theater class. Then I had a rules assembly where I said hi to my crush (:.

Then I had ELA which was nothing special, then Spanish where my Spanish teacher talked in almost all Spanish except for when she yelled “NATCHO, SHUT UP”(some kid’s Spanish name is shorted to nacho idek). Lunch was fine. Then was physics where I had a class with my friend(P)’s ex boyfriend. Which was awkward, because P was in the class. We had a
lab. Something with a flying pig, a rocket, and a car. Idk. She gave us homework to take notes on videos and it took me an hour and a half. I’m also going to do five clubs:a mental health awareness one, theater, creative writing, book club, and GSA(gay/straight alliance).

Today was great! I played games all of theater and went to the media center during ELA. In Spanish me and this dude had to yap in Spanish for four minutes straight and it was so funny. He said “mi hermanos es stupido”. He’s so nice and funny but like so gay. I made a friend who likes reading and theater and Percy Jackson. Physics sucks. We had to do math in that class. Then my friend came over and we ate snacks and played with my dog and watched two episodes of heartstopper and now I’m on episode six (IT’S SO GOOOOOOOD). Ya that’s all

I had my first theater club thing after school today. In theater class tho, this morning, we did this ‘my life as a show’ assignment. You had to do the major events(you had to come up with future ones as well) in your life, a poster for the show, a costume(what you normally wear), and a soundtrack for your life. It’s a fun assignment. In ELA idk what we did tbh. Spanish was boring. Physics sucks, like usual. And theater club was super fun!

We played weird games and ate snacks and I got audition monologues for next Thursday, so I can practice for one act auditions and I’m going for the main role(nervous). OH and remember that dude I said I definitely thought was gay? Yeah him, so he was at theater and I might kind of like him. He’s cute. Like I never really have crushes on non-fictional dudes but sometimes I feel like I have a crush on someone when really I just want to be their friend (🤦🏼‍♀️).

Today I auditioned for my school’s improv troop(it’s actually so fun and hilarious) so we’ll see how that goes. I had to sit all alone at lunch bc my friend was sick.That was fun. Not my sarcasm.

Some girly keeps waving at me and I’m confuzzled now. Like why she be waving? It’s silly.

Ya my day was pretty uneventful.

I have 7 lines. I actually am glad I didn’t get the main role bc that’s a lot to memorize by the 20th

oh yea fs. I had 50 in this one play and it took me a month and a half not to use my script lol

me and my friends did this informal play over the summer and we literally PERFORMED with our scripts because we hadn't memorized it. forgetting your lines is so real

I wanna put together a show. I’m writing a Heroes of Olympus musical (jukebox bc songwriting isn’t my strong suit) but idk if I could find ppl to be in it.

Opening night is tomorrow. And remember that dude I thought was gay and then he has a gf? Yeah so me and him have to go out for bows together and it’s really awkward bc we have to hold ands and bow and I’m like dying inside the whole time. And we were doing this stage-whisper practice today and we all had to stand in a line so bro’s gf stands next to me and bro is like ‘can I stand next to(my deadname bc like I’m not out at school)’ so they switched spots. Like what? Oh and today in theater class I have to act dead (normal theater stuff, yk) and we were practicing with the front curtain closed and on the apron of the stage (the front part) I hear footsteps and I’m laying on the ground right next to the curtain and I’m like who in the world is on stage so I like stick my head out under the curtain and there’s like ten kids who were not in my theater class dancing with giant candy canes and it was so funny
