What are your favorite classics?

Pride and Prejudice is prob my fav. I'm honestly not quite sure why. *shrugs* It's just so good.

I love Anne of Green Gables ☺️

Of Mice and Men. And Anne of Green Gables.

Oh, yes Anne of Green Gables. I love that whole series My fav is actually Rilla of Ingleside.

My two favorite are the Little Women series and the Anne of Green Gables series! They're both so good!

Little Men and The Jungle Book are probably my favorites.

Pride and Prejudice and The Great Gatsby

I like Jane Austen's Emma and Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. And many children/YA classics.

I've read . . . uhh . . . very few classics actually 🫣 but my faves would be:

Under the Lilacs (Louisa May Alcott)
Treasure Island (Robert Louis Stevenson)
A Tale of Two Cities (Dickens)
Ben-Hur (General Lew Wallace)

and ofc LOTR is a classic, and I love it 😁

Jo's Boys has the most surprising ending paragraph I think I've ever read. X) Did you ever see the Little Men tv show from the 90s?

I've been somewhat intimidated to try Ben-Hur. Is it a challenge to read? I find A Tale of Two Cities more difficult than most of Charles Dickens' other books, but it was doable. Would you say Ben-Hur is along the same lines?

I think Jo's Boys is my favorite out of the series

The tv show deviates quite a bit from the book, but it's got a feel-good vibe.

I love that feeling of finding a new favorite book. Happy reading!
