Rebecca (r1versong) | 7 comments If you are looking for ARC readers, you can post your book on BookSirens or NetGalley or Hidden Gems Books. You do have to pay for it, but you have a greater chance of getting reviews.

Personally, I tried on Booksirens but they rejected my book automatically after a few hours without giving any reason.

Rebecca (r1versong) | 7 comments Sorry that happened to you. I don't have anything to do with the company, just a reviewer on the site. :(

Rebecca (r1versong) | 7 comments Maybe you could try on NetGalley or Hidden Gems?

Zofia Warwick | 57 comments Honestly, Booksprout does seem a better option if you’re going to pay for reviews. They’re tiered based on investment and don’t seem as predatory. A 14USD Kindle book isn’t going to sell and a lot of authors seem to inflate their prices just to get these reviews because of how much websites like BookSirens run on campaigns. It seems do or die for the most part, with only those insulated by good publishing contracts being able to afford the risk.

I am a regular ARC for Book Sirens and am impressed with their follow up. I’m considering using them for my next book.

What genre is your book?
I would go back to them and ask if they can explain why they rejected your book.
