I’m Two Envelopes And A Phone, or just call me a short version of that, or Seth. I was late to the Horror genre in terms of reading Horror books regularly and attempting to dedicate myself to covering major works from many decades…but that happened in the late 1980s, and I have never looked back - many of my favourite novels turned out to be Horror novels. I read the most Horror in Sept.-Oct., but do get to some all year, including some Horror comics. Movies with gore are a problem, especially on a first-time watch, but I try. I do seek refuge in older Horror films.

Hey just introducing myself. I love reading--wish I could spend all day every day inside a book, especially when the world is stressful. Love horror if it's well written--I'm a bit picky, and I tend to track award winners just to be safe unless I see lots of recommendations (which is why I value forums like this). I especially love folk horror which certainly qualifies as one of my favorite genres alongside fantasy and sci-fi. As my sister would say, "if the book doesn't have a witch/werewolf/vampire/some sort of psychic phenomenon/paranormal activity/apocalyptic scenario/talking animals/fairy, alien or even elf-kind etc etc, I'm probably not gonna read it unless it's just one of those amazingly well written exceptions." I'm game for discussing anything bookish😊

I love almost any horror movie i have ever watched my favorite has to be the Saw movies, Smile movies, any of the Evil Dead movies, and all Conjuring World Movies.
