((Colunae’s cell))

*A guard guiding a hostile hybrid shoves her into the cell and locks the door.*

((To start))

[melda headed to cell 28, excited on studying something new to her]

*Colunae leaned against her cell wall as she heard the approaching footsteps*

[melda stood outside of the cell, taking down some visual notes on this new creature]

“So, another experiment then?” Colunae asks.

"oh no no! not today! today is just a simple note taking session!" [melda smiled softly]

“Good.” Colunae smiles.
*She stands up and walks over to the cell door*

[melda slowly opened the cell gate and entered- seemingly not afraid]

[melda begins walking around colunae, taking notes as they do]

*Colunae flinches away but stands still for the examination*

[melda finishes taking notes and smiles softly] "may I ask a few questions?"

“Yes.”

"how long have you been here for?"

“5 months”

"have you attacked any personnel? and if so..how many kills?"

“No personnel here but I did take a few down when they hunted me.”

"I see I see...hmmm..." [melda gets a bit closer ] "may I ask what are you? no offense..."

“I’m a Human-Arctic fox hybrid.”

"hmm...may I...uh..." [melda points to your ears]

“Yes you may.”

[melda gently pets them on the head- and then behind the ears] "hmmm-"

*Colunae leans into the pets as she had not felt this feeling in a long time*

[melda keeps petting them for a while till a guard tell her to stop] "aww...fine" [melda stops petting you]

“Do you need anything else?”

"hmm..I have an offer for you!" [melda smiles softly]

“Yes?”

"I can bring you to a more ...comfortable cell..but in exchange! you must fully allow none-lethal testing and data to be collected from you"

“… Very well, I accept. Will it be you doing the testing or a different scientist?”

"it will mostly be me"

“Then I will gladly accept.”

"good good!" [melda smiles] "in 2 days you will be given a new cell!"

“If you need someone to help with something I will help as much as I can.”

"aww your so sweet!" [melda smiled]

*Colunae smiles and opens their arms for a hug* “If you need protection I will always help.”

*Colunae sits down on their bed and curls up with her tail on her nose*

[melda approaches]

*Colunae falls asleep with their tail on their nose*

"aww how cute" [melda pets colunae on the head]

((If you want to do some sort of test now is the time))

[melda brings them to the testing room]

*Colunae snuggle tighter around herself*

"oh dear..." [they set you on the bed] "....I am so so sorry"

((What happened was they wanted to kill everyone there but the earlier gas made them want to protect and that caused a shutdown of higher functions))
*Colunae lies still except for her ears which are twitching*

[melda softly sings a song they used to sing for....someone special...its a very calming song]

*Colunae’s breathing slows and her ears stop twitching as much*
