Percy Jackson RP group discussion

Jace walked in the cabin with a sad sigh, empty and life less. The only thing that was comfortable was the fire in the hearth. He sat on the singular twin sized bed with a sad smile

Lena walked into the cabin soon after Jace, observing what the interior looked like.

“So” he paused for a second, “this is my cabin” he said softly

“It looks nice.” Lena replied softly

“It is. I wish I had someone else in here to, I really hate not having siblings” he chuckled and smiled

“Believe me, siblings aren’t as great as they are made out to be.” Lena said, still standing near the door.

“Really?” He joked, “oh and you can come in” he looked at the crackling fire

Lena walked into the cabin, sitting down on the floor at the foot of Jaces bed, close to where he sat.

“Do you like it?” He asked, gesturing to the cabin

Lena nodded, watching the flames crackle in the hearth.

Jace watched the fire in Lena’s eyes with a slight smile

Lena stayed looking at the fire, not moving.

“You ok?” Jace asked Lena quietly and put a hand on her shoulder

Lena, lost deep in her thoughts, moved her shoulder away from Jace at his touch, not realizing it was him. She looked back and saw Jaces hand extended. “Oh- sorry.”

“It’s alright” he smiled sympathetically

Lena returned a smile, though it looked hollow.

“Are you sure you’re ok?” Jace asked kindly

Lena tried for a legitimate smile. “Yeah, im fine.”

“Well I’m glad” he grinned softly

Lena nodded, though something didn’t feel quite right. It wasn’t that she was sad, more like she was- tired? She couldn’t identify the feeling.

“Sleepy? The fire tends to do that, and makes you miss your family” Jace frowned

Lena nodded. Ever since she entered the cabin she couldn’t stop thinking about her father.

“I never can stop thinking about my parents, a curse of living here” he explained even though she didn’t ask

Lena gave him a sympathetic look. “Could you just move back to Hermes Cabin?” She softly suggested.

“They hate me there because I have a parent” he sighed sadly

Lena stood from where she sat at the foot of Jace’s bed and sat next to him, giving him a hug.

“That’s nice” he smiled happily and hugged her back

Magdalena stayed hugging Jace, frowning slightly.

“What wrong? Don’t tell me nothing” he asked calmly

Lena stayed quiet, shrugging slightly. “Tired.”

“Wanna sleep?” He asked

Lena shook her head as she stopped hugging Jace.

“Ok, we can just sit here” he shrugged

“Sorry.” Lena muttered softly, looking up at Jace b

“It’s fine, I just like being here with you Lena” he smiled

Lena smiled. “I like it too.”

Jace blushed

Lena, blushing too, laid her head down on Jaces shoulder, watching the fire in the hearth.

Jace started grinning when she did this and he put his arm around her

Lena smiled as he did this, feeling her muscles untense slightly.

Jace sat very still, not wanting to move. He gazed at the fire and took in the sound of it

Lena felt her eyelids start to drop shut.

Jace sighed softly, “sleep Lena” he softly told her

Lena tried to stay awake but her eyes shut, her breathing softening.
