Team "Fierce Dandelions"

In this novel, quantum physics meets the Middle Ages. It may sound like an odd combination, but the author somehow makes it work. One thing I particularly liked is that the author weaves in many real facts—both from physics and history. Most of these were new to me, making the novel surprisingly educational. Despite that, it never felt too dry or like a scientific or historical lecture.

The author also aims to challenge our perception of the Middle Ages, showing that it wasn’t just a time of plague and wars, but also of education and a thirst for knowledge. However, I still found those times to be frightening and not very hospitable for human life.

The story follows a group of archaeologists who travel back to 14th-century France, and it's packed with danger and adventure. The plot is quite intense as the characters must fight for survival while racing against time. Some of the twists, especially near the end, really caught me off guard. I’m not sure I liked all of them, but overall, it's an enjoyable adventure.
