Hi! My name's Colleen and I'm writing a YA fantasy allegory. Right now I'm doing final edits before alpha and beta readers read it. I struggle with confidence, constantly worrying it's not interesting enough or that people won't like it.
Hi there, both of you!Colleen, trust me the world deserves as many stories as possible and do you know how magical do you have to be to weave one just on your own? I say, bring it onto the world- And please stop worrying if people will like it or not. Do you like it? You is the most important.
And I'm Anisha and just like you, I've only now finished my first draft but I'm taking a break before I sit down to edit. To be honest, I'm procrastinating and putting it off because it just feels a lot. I suddenly feel super not confident now that I see a lot of plotholes and there's just so much I want to improve.
