And I'll go first.

For me, I think it is the story of the adulterous woman being brought before Christ to be stoned, and Jesus who says, let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

For me, this story has so many levels to it. From the deceitfulness of the those bringing the woman, the guilt of the sinner, the absolute perfection of the answer Jesus gives, and the part that is always dropped off....when he tells her to 'go and sin no more'.

I am reminded of this for many aspects of our culture. The sin of the woman really could have been any sin, and Christ reminds us that we are all with sin, and so none of us is any more or less deserving than her, and so we should all not be so quick to cast stones, but there is a condition on the end. That we seek to be better, not just come to peace because the sin has been forgiven, but that we are change and not do it anymore.

Christ forgave the sin, but that is not the same as overlooking that it was a sin in the first place.
