You can delete the whole topic. That's what I had to do on my group.

i would think that you would just delete the posts then warn the people who where doing it.

it depends on how severe it is
if the person stops, then you just delete their posts
if not, you may have to delete the topic
if it's just 1 person, the mods may choose to delete that person from the group
