I have just read the first book, and reading about the second one, it seems it is only about Tella's story. Is there also a Scarlet-Julian development?

The 3rd book is both tells and scarlets pov. and personally...that's my favorite so far (I'm finishing it up today)there is progress with the scarlet-julian romance and there's a big thing with the fates and I love it!!!!
I literally hate how Julian and Scar got put to the side. I really don't like Tella and Legend
