Speaking of Ramsey, when Sam returns to headquarters, he tries to physically attack her and spews nasty threats, held back by her team members. What should happen to him?

It would be the height of hypocrisy to allow Sam to get away with assaulting him and then arrest him for going after her.

Nevertheless, he should at least be suspended.

I'm sorry to say this because I like his character, but the Chief has lost control of his people.

Sam was suspended when she hit Ramsey, so that is probably the worst they can do to Ramsey.

The last couple of incidents with Ramsey have had witnesses hearing what he is saying to Sam. That isn't going to look good for him if he goes to court.

Ramsey should be suspended. There needs to be some serious anger management and other HR classes, and I fully agree that Chief has lost control of his people.
