Here are a couple that I enjoyed:The Book of Three
Why We Love Middle-earth: An Enthusiast’s Book about Tolkien, Middle-earth, and the LotR Fandom
The Book That Wouldn’t Burn is on my TBR list, so I'll read that. Also if anyone hasn't yet read The Book Thief I recommend that.
Considering Doomsday Book or The Address Book: What Street Addresses Reveal About Identity, Race, Wealth, and Power.
For nonfiction, can't go wrong with The Book: A Cover-to-Cover Exploration of the Most Powerful Object of Our Time. I also really liked The Great Big Book of Horrible Things: The Definitive Chronicle of History's 100 Worst Atrocities (also nonfiction) but I recommend reading it in small doses or paired with a cozy fantasy or something. Hey, maybe The Book of Three or Bookshops & Bonedust!
For books on the cover, Ink and Bone works, though only the spines are visible. Interesting fantasy/alternate reality series. I've read 3 of 5 and liked the first best, which this is.

Ink and Bone also works for two books with the same title! Ink and Bone & Ink and Bone

Cozy mystery fans might like The Secret, Book & Scone Society by Ellery Adams. I think every title in the series has books on the cover and their all a good read.
I’m about halfway thru this one and I’ll wait to finish it until 1/1/25. It’s a mystery and so far I like it, it’s got good characters and I am not sure whodunnit so far.
Suggestions for 'Book' in the titleFiction:
The Book of Fire
Book Lovers
The Christmas Bookshop
The Book of Strange New Things
The Bookbinder of Jericho
Non Fiction
The Prison Book Club
The Little Book of Hygge: The Danish Way to Live Well
The Book You Want Everyone You Love* To Read *
My lovely and amazing Aunt Jen wrote a book that would fit this prompt! The Village Healer's Book of Cures.
A book I'm looking forward to that is being released in February is: Bibliotherapy: The Healing Power of ReadingTons of books on the cover and the title alone is intriguing, especially as a general reader.
I'll read Miss Morgan's Book Brigade which is already on my nightstand :)I could recommend The Library Book for NF readers.
I'm not dead set on it being the one, but I have an ARC of Banned Together: Our Fight for Readers' Rights, which features a stack of books on the cover, so I'm definitely leaning towards this one since I won't get to it before the year is out.

I'm going for The Book of Salt by Monique Truong, which would be also a good fit for prompt #15 (immigrants and refugees), since its main character is a Vietnamese cook working in Paris in the 30s.
I have tons of options for this one, but I like to throw in a couple of middle grade books onto the list, for when I need something light. So I'm going to go with Tilly and the Bookwanderers.
There are SO many to choose from both with two or more books on the cover or "BOOK" in the title ~ Here are some I have on my TBR bookshelf:
"BOOK" in the title:
*The Book of Cold Cases by Simone St. James
*The Book of Lost Names by Kristin Harmel
*How to Read a Book by Monica Wood
TWO or MORE books on the cover:
*The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin
*The Bookshop of Yesterdays by Amy Meyerson
*The Lost Bookshop by Evie Woods
I will be going with
by Kristin HarmelHAPPY READING!!!
Nobody has mentioned The Graveyard Book yet! There's a novel and a graphic novel, and they're middle grade books. Fun little read I did for 2024: 27. A book where someone dies in the first chapter.
I wound up reading The Address Book: What Street Addresses Reveal About Identity, Race, Wealth, and Power, which was an interesting look in to the history of street names and their social, historical, and cultural significance in our lives. I considered reading:
The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek
The Woodsmoke Women’s Book of Spells
The Book of Magic
Some others I've read that I can recommend are:
The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires.
The Book of Gutsy Women: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience
The Spellbook of Katrina Van Tassel: A Story of Sleepy Hollow
Dash & Lily's Book of Dares
Totally bummed out.
Bibliotherapy: The Healing Power of Reading got pushed back to a March release date instead of a February one. I was so looking forward to this book to read in Feb. too.
(though why she would release it when the new Hunger Games book is being released is kind of strange.)
Well I was going to go with this book:
Bibliotherapy: The Healing Power of Reading
But the release date keeps getting pushed back. Now it won't come out until the end of April. I won't see a point in reading it until June since I'll be reading another book on this same topic but a month earlier.
*****
That said, this book is supposed to be released at the end of April as well and I have it set for the start of my May reads (provided the release date doesn't change.)
Bibliotherapy in the Bronx
Finished Lula Dean's Little Library of Banned Books
by Kirsten MillerMy Review:
https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
It's finally April 30th which means Bibliotherapy in the Bronx is out!My copy arrived yesterday on release day so I've already finished the introduction. I get the feeling that I'm going to love this one already so I am so stoked for it.
I read The Little Book of Forest Bathing: Discovering the Japanese Art of Self-Care, mostly because I really needed some uplift and healing while I was caring for a loved one in palliative care. It did help, and I've gone on to read Shinrin-Yoku: The Art and Science of Forest Bathing and Shinrin Yoku: The Art of Japanese Forest Bathing. The book will propel you into visiting a forest or woodland.

Flying bugs, flying into my face. But I might give it a try since I tried to read The Book That Wouldn’t Burn and knew almost immediately that it wasn't for me and now I need a new book for this prompt.
I went with Jane Austen's Bookshelf: A Rare Book Collector's Quest to Find the Women Writers Who Shaped a Legend, which was awesome and added far too many books to my TBR list. http://www.lauraruthloomis.com/whats-...
The Accidental Book Club by Jennifer Scott. This could also be used for the found family and last line prompts.
I ended up reading The Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook by Matt Dinniman, since I was already started on the series!
